1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JOSSTE ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, photographers, staff, and clients who use our Service.

2. Description of Service

JOSSTE provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform that allows photography studios to host private galleries, share media with clients, and facilitate selection and feedback workflows.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Photographers (Tenants): You are responsible for managing your staff and client access. You must ensure you have the legal right to host and distribute the media assets you upload.
• Staff & Clients: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Security: You must immediately notify JOSSTE of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Content Ownership & License

Your Content: Photographers and their clients retain all ownership rights to the photos, videos, and comments uploaded to the Platform.

License to JOSSTE: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your clients. We will never use your media for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Tiers: Features, storage limits, and staff seats are determined by your selected subscription plan.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your content after a reasonable grace period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JOSSTE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
